Role as a building equipment supplier

While designing building equipment that takes energy and environmental measures into consideration according to the purpose of use of the building and the operational status, we propose economical energy use by reviewing the initial cost, reducing running costs and considering the use of various subsidies.

For drainage from buildings, we plan and construct drainage facilities that comply with laws and regulations to thoroughly prevent water pollution. We propose a plan for energy-saving air conditioning to reduce CO 2 emissions. We will ensure zero greenhouse gas emissions by refrigerating greenhouse gases and recovering fluorocarbons for air conditioners. We plan and propose the use of energy-saving, renewable energy solar power generation systems and storage batteries by switching to LED lighting equipment.

Participating in public works proposal projects as a member of a joint venture, proposing regional disaster response and stable and economical energy use, and participating in seminars and study sessions as a regional platform member of Kawasaki City. We will create new roles and contribute to the region through public-private partnerships between PPP and PFI.

During construction, we actively use local cooperating companies to contribute to the revitalization of the local economy. For industrial waste, we have adopted an electronic manifest, which manages the treatment status on the WEB and contributes to resource regeneration by reducing the amount of waste and thoroughly separating and disposing of it.

Role as a company

In recognition of the efforts to develop a new office building where women can play an active role and to correct long working hours, we have been certified by Kawasaki City's "Kawasaki ★ Eruboshi" certification system for promoting women's advancement. We have created a comfortable working environment and are promoting recruitment, training and promotion that respect the will of women. We have set up a place where you can choose from a variety of occupations, including not only clerical jobs such as conventional accounting and general affairs, but also technical jobs such as design, estimation, construction management, and CAD operations. In addition, as an effort to strengthen the implementation of the World Health Organization Framework Convention on Tobacco Control, the new office building is completely non-smoking.

We have established childcare and nursing care leave regulations and are working to create a comfortable working environment in order to support the balance between work and life, such as shortened working hours. We have established a subsidy system for employees, spouses and children to use breast cancer, uterine cancer screening, human docks, etc., aiming to reduce the burden of medical expenses and long-term employment through early detection.

There is a qualification acquisition support system, and we hold qualification acquisition seminars in-house and actively support participation in external seminars. Through the qualification acquisition incentive system, we are enhancing employee education by giving incentives to successful applicants to increase motivation for acquiring qualifications. We are fully equipped with a scholarship repayment support system and employee dormitories to eliminate the financial burden on new graduate hires, stabilize their lives, eliminate anxiety and stress, and improve work efficiency.

We are cooperating with the Kawasaki City Greening Fund so that it can be used for various measures related to Kawasaki City's greening.

We are registered as a Kawasaki City disaster prevention cooperation office and participate in and cooperate in promoting local disaster prevention activities.
