Kawasaki ★ Eruboshi certification

In order to promote gender equality in a workplace where people who want to work can fully demonstrate their individuality and abilities regardless of gender, it is essential to create a workplace where both men and women involved in childcare and long-term care can work comfortably. We are working on the following:

  1. No.1Selection of occupations regardless of gender

We have created a place where women can choose from a variety of occupations and play an active role, including not only clerical jobs such as conventional accounting and general affairs, but also technical jobs such as design, estimation, construction management, and CAD operations.

  2. No.2Qualification acquisition support system

We hold qualification acquisition seminars in-house and actively support participation in external seminars. Through the qualification acquisition incentive system, we are enhancing employee education by giving incentives to successful applicants to increase motivation for acquiring qualifications.

  3. No.3Support for balancing work and life

We have established childcare and nursing care leave regulations, and are working to create a comfortable working environment to support the balance between work and life, such as shortened working hours. We have established a subsidy system for employees, spouses and children to use breast cancer, uterine cancer screening, human docks, etc., aiming to reduce the burden of medical expenses and long-term employment through early detection.

  4. No.4Correcting long working hours

We are promoting the acquisition of paid leave for each individual to correct long working hours, and we are also focusing on improving work-life balance.
